Midwest natives who have had a passion for movie making since childhood. They began their journey to moviemaking at a young age after being
influenced by such films as Star Wars, Alien, & Close Encounters. In their teenage years, their experimentation with filmmaking began, by shooting
several short films on VHS and Super 8. It wasn’t until the early 1990’s that David approached Derek with a short story, which would later become the
screenplay “Broken”. While the screenplay was being written they pursued other projects such as the short films “Lament” and “Turn off the Light”. It
